Lola has had her better days. She is still adjusting to the new life with Jack, as we all are, but she is hanging in there. Lola stayed with Yia Yia and Poppy during our hospital stay. Little did she know her world was about to get rocked! Yia Yia brought Lola home to us and boy she was not a happy camper. We had Jack in the carseat and I'm not sure if she was just spooked by the carseat or this little animal making crazy noises that was laying in the carseat. I think a little bit of both. Lola growled so we had to put her in her place let her sniff him out and day by day Lola has adjusted much better than I thought, Mike thought she would be fine. He was right.

Eventhough Lola is "just a dog" she at times does seem depressed, left out maybe. We are doing our best to lift her spirits by taking her to each of the grandparents houses to let her run and play with her other buddies.

Everyday that goes by she amazes me. I think in the long run Lola and Jack will be best buds and Lola the protector.
I'm glad to hear Lola is adjusting so well! I'm a little worried about our king of the castle, Simba! He's been getting some good practice in with my baby nephew around but I have a feeling his spoiled only child days are about to change! Let me know if you have any tips!
